Course

New Course: Administrator will add course in the beginning of the semester and ask the teachers and students to enroll. Extra Course: Faculty can also have the option to create an extra course i.e out of the syllabus and teach the students with the approval of the administrator.

Utilities Syllabus: The Syllabus can be downloaded from this link. Overview: The Course overview is stated in brief. Members: The members of this course i.e. Faculty and Students will be listed. Contents Lecture Notes: Faculties can upload lecture notes class wise and students can download them as required. Resources: Faculties can upload any resources like question papers, Suggestions etc. The students can download them. Task Online Assignment: This is one of the most exiting features of this online classroom. A Faculty can set an assignment can set a deadline. The students should submit the assignment task before the deadline.Plagiarism detection: Option to check if the students have copied the assignment.Option to check who has submitted after the deadline. Online Quiz: Any question papers can be set along with a full marks and time frame. The questions will be sending to the students of the course. The students should complete it within the schedule time. Evaluate Grade Sheet: Whatever marks a student get during his particular course will reflect here. Online Attendance: The faculty can give attendance as per the college time table. Option to set all present or all absent is there. At the end of the semester/year the attendance can be automatically calculated for the course or for the semester. Connect Open Forum: Any topics can be discussed in the forum. This helps the individuals to gain more knowledge about the topic and clear their doubts. Discussion Box: Group chat system where the students and teachers can discuss about any problems. Course Notice: Send notice to an individual or to a group and a auto mail will be send to the users mail account. Lab Work Practical: Scope to submit practical experiments online is possible. This is basically for the laboratory assignments of the experiments which includes procedure, observation and results etc of the experiments. Course Projects: A course can have projects. Here a project group can be formed. They will be given a project each time the faculty can notify the updates of the project and the students have to submit the documents accordingly. Reports Reports of the students’ progress, their strength and weakness will be displayed to the administrator and faculty.
